All User
In this submenu, you can manage all user accounts including adding a new account, editing existing account details, and deleting an account.
Firstname: User’s first name.
Lastname: User’s last name.
Email: Email address that is used to login into the SWIFT OMS.
Phone Number: User’s phone number.
Password: Password that is used to login into the SWIFT OMS.
Location: Assigned location for this user.
Group: User group for this user.
Company (vendor only): If this user is a vendor, select a company where this user existed. Company (vendor only). Users can only view Products, Sources, Locations, and Shipments belonging to the selected company.
3. On Access Control List Setting set to Yes to enable group access control list for this user.
4. On Notification, select which notification to enable for this user by setting the radio button to the Yes option. The notification includes:
Error Order Notification
Reallocation Order Notification
New Order Notification
RMA Notification
New User Creation
b. Edit User
Here’s the guide to editing the existing user account:
- Go to User > All User menu, click the View button on which user account you want to edit.
- Make changes to user data as needed, including reviewing the access granted in the Access Control List Settings section and also Notifications.
- Click Submit button to save your edits.
c. Delete User
To delete a user account:
Go to User > All User menu, check which user you want to delete by clicking the box on the first column.
Click the Actions button and select Delete.
On the confirmation message, select OK to confirm the deletion.
