As the name implies, offline channels do not have an online representation like e-commerce channels but you can still integrate them into SWIFT OMS with this menu. In this menu, you can add, edit, and delete offline channels.



A. Add Offline Channel 

To add offline channel integration:

  1. Go to the Integration menu and select Offline Channel.
  2. Click on the Add Channel button to add a new offline channel.

  3. For offline channels, you’re required to select locations (more than 1 location is allowed) then add channel code and channel name. The capability for the offline channels is order management only.


  4. If you want to create a new location for this channel, click Create New Location then complete the
    required fields.






  5. Click Submit button to save the new location.

  6. If Locations, Channel Code, and Channel Name are completed, click the Start Integration button to save this offline channel integration. Repeat all steps if you have multiple stores.


B. Edit Offline Channel

Here is the guide to editing offline channels:

  1. On the Integration > Offline Channel, click button on the channel you want to edit and select Edit.


  2. The page will redirect you to the Edit Sales Channel page on the Masters menu. Edit channel details as you need and please note to complete the required fields. For the details of all fields on the channel editing form, please refer to the Channel Management on Master Data Management.

  3. Click Submit button to save changes. This will redirect you back to the Offline Channel Integration page.

C. Delete Offline Channel 

You can delete certain offline channels that are no longer used by clicking on the then selecting the Delete option. Select Yes on the confirmation message and wait for the success message. Also please note that this deletion can not be canceled or undone.
