This menu is used to manage priority location mapping for priority location by zone in the allocation rule. In this scheme, country and region of the shipping address will be mapped to the available zone in SWIFT OMS.
You can customize the table by filtering data using Filters button and choose which column to show by clicking Columns button.
Add Priority Location
To add a new priority location, here’s the guide:
Go to Masters > Priority Location By Zone, click on Add Priority Location button.
Complete these required fields below:
Country: Country of the region in the shipping address.
Region: Region on the shipping address.
Zone: Location zone/warehouse. The region in the shipping address will be mapped to the selected zone in this
field.
Click on Submit button to save.
Upload Priority Location
This feature is used to add many priority location data at once using CSV file. To upload priority location:
On the Masters > Priority Location By Zone menu, click on Upload Priority Location button.
Please prepare priority location list to upload in CSV format. You can use the existing template containing the required
data that can be downloaded by clicking the Download the Sample CSV button.
Required data for upload new zone:
country_id: Country ID of the shipping address.
code: Region code of the shipping address.
zone: Zone name.
Open the template using any supported application and add the zone data. Select the file you edited earlier by clicking
the Choose File button.
Click on Submit button to upload.
Edit Priority Location
Here’s the guide to editing priority location:
Go to Masters > Priority Location by Zone, open zone detail by clicking the View button.
Edit data as needed then click on the Submit button to save changes.
Delete Priority Location
To delete priority location by zone:
Go to Masters > Priority Location by Zone. Check on the first column of the data row you want to delete.
Click Actions > Delete button. A confirmation message will be shown and choose OK to confirm.
The updated table will be displayed after it.
