This menu is used to manage priority location mapping for priority location by city in the allocation rule. In this scheme, the allocation for every order sent to an address in a city will be prioritized based on the rules that you created in this menu.


You can customize the table by filtering data using Filters button and choose which column to show by clicking Columns button.


  1. Add Priority Location

To add a new priority location, here’s the guide:

  1. Go to Masters > Priority Location By City, click on Create Priority Location button.


  1. Complete these required fields below:

  • Channel Code: Channel code to apply this rule.

  • City: The city name in the shipping address is used as the basis for order allocation.

  • Location Code: Location code to set as a priority location in order allocation.

  • Priority: Priority level, location will be prioritized from the smallest level. 

  1. Click on Submit button to save.


  1. Upload Priority Location

This feature is used to add many priority location data at once using CSV file. To upload priority location:

  1. On the Masters > Priority Location By City menu, click on Upload Priority Location button.


  1. Please prepare priority location list to upload in CSV format. You can use the existing template containing the
    required data that can be downloaded by clicking the     Download the Sample CSV button.


Required data for upload new priority location:

channel_code,province,city,priority,loc_code

SWI,ID-YO,Sleman,10,LOC1


  • channel_code: Code of channel to apply this priority location.

  • province: Province of the shipping address. 

  • city: City name in the shipping address that is used as the basis for order allocation.

  • priority: Priority level, location will be prioritized from the smallest level. 

  • loc_code: Location code to set as a priority location in order allocation.

  1. Open the template using any supported application and add the zone data. Select the file you edited earlier
    by clicking the     Choose File button. 


  1. Click on Submit button to upload the priority locations.


  1. Edit Priority Location

Here’s the guide to editing priority location:

  1. Go to Masters > Priority Location by City, open zone detail by clicking the View button.


  1. Edit data as needed then click on the Submit button to save changes.



  1. Delete Priority Location 

To delete priority location by city:

  1. Go to Masters > Priority Location by City. Check on the first column of the data row you want to delete.

  2. Click Actions > Delete button. A confirmation message will be shown and choose OK to confirm.

  3. The updated table will be displayed after it.
