Company data is used to provide information on the company that owns the goods to be sold on the e-commerce website. This menu shows all companies registered to the SWIFT OMS application. These company data are used as a reference to manage all transactions. 


You can customize the table by filtering data using the Filters button and choose which column to show by clicking the Columns button.

A. Add Company

To add company data, here’s the guide:

  1. Go to Masters > Company and click on Create Company button.
  2. Complete all the required fields below:
    - Company Code: Code of the company, could be an initial name, etc.
    - Company Name: Name of the company including its business entity.
    - Logistix Credentials Flag: Credential for Logistix service.
  3. Click on Submit button to save.
B. Edit Company

All fields in the company data are editable. Here’s the guide to editing company data:

  1. Go to Masters > Company, open company details by clicking the View button
  2. Edit data as needed and please make sure to complete all required fields
  3. Click on Submit button to save changes.
C. Delete Company

Before deleting data, please remember that this action could not be canceled or restored. Deleting company data will also remove all its registered locations. To delete company data:

  1. Go to Masters > Company. Check on the first column of the data row you want to delete.

  2. Click Actions > Delete button. A confirmation message will be shown and choose OK to confirm.
  3. The updated company list will be displayed after deletion.
