In this menu, only vendors can add and manage promotions for their products to apply on the user's store frontend. The promotion can be applied for a certain period of time and will be deactivated automatically after that period ends.

There are three types of promotions:

  • Free shipping

  • Fixed amount discount 

  • Buy X get Y free


Add New Promotion

Here is the guide to adding new promotions:
1. On the Vendor > Manage Promotion, click Create Promotion button.


2. Complete all the required fields below:

  • Rule Name: Rule/promotion name. If saved, the vendor code will be added as a prefix to the promotion name in the user admin dashboard. 

  • Description: Description of the promotion.

  • From Date: Promotion start date.

  • To Date: Promotion end date.

  • Rule Action: Promotion type; Free shipping, Fixed amount discount, or Buy X get Y free.

  • Discount Amount / Get Y: Fixed amount of discount.

  • Buy X (For Buy X Get Y Free Only): Conditions for items purchased on promotion type ‘Buy X get Y free’.

  • Maximum Free Y Item (For Buy X Get Y Free Only): Conditions for free items on promotion type ‘Buy X get Y free’.

  • Coupon Code: Coupon code to apply for this promotion.

3. Click the Submit button to save the new promotion.



Edit Promotion

To edit specific promotions:
1. On the Vendor > Manage Promotion, click the View button on the promotion data you want to edit.


2. Make changes to the promotion details as needed and please make sure to complete all the required fields.


Click the Submit button to save your edits.
