What is vendor?

Vendor acts as a brand that sells its products on e-commerce websites. Similar to other users, vendors also can request a vendor account to access the vendor portal.

Here’s the order workflow for a vendor:




Vendor Portal

Vendor portal is an extension from Swift OMS that is used to manage vendors or brands so they can sell online on e-commerce websites. 

After registration, the vendor can log into the vendor portal and get access to the following menus:

  • Stock Adjustment

  • Manage Source

  • Manage Price
