A virtual stock is a logical grouping of multiple sources as a single source of stock. One virtual stock can be assigned to multiple sales channels as long as the location group is the same.


You can customize the table by filtering data using the Filters button.



A. Add Virtual Stock

To add virtual stock, here’s the guide:

  1. Go to Masters > Virtual Stock, click on Add Virtual Stock button.
  2. Complete all the required fields below:
    - Name: Name for virtual stock.
    - Notes: Notes for the virtual stock (optional).
    - Assigned Locations: Select the location to assign to this virtual stock. Assigning more than one location is allowed.
  3. Click on Submit button to save.

B. Edit Virtual Stock

Here’s the guide to editing virtual stock:

  1. Go to Masters > Virtual Stock, open virtual stock detail by clicking the View button.
  2. Edit data as needed and please make sure to complete the required fields.
  3. Click on Submit button to save changes.

C. Delete Virtual Stock

Deleting virtual stock will also delete virtual stock assignments on the sales channel. Here’s how to delete virtual stock:

  1. Go to Masters > Virtual Stock. Check on the first column of the data row you want to delete.
  2. Click Actions > Delete button. A confirmation message will be shown and choose OK to confirm.
  3. The updated virtual stock list will be displayed after it.
