This menu is used to manage location zones that are used to group the existing locations. This zone will later be used as a basis for prioritizing locations that can fulfill orders. In SWIFT OMS, the commonly used location zone is the island zone. However, this may vary depending on the current needs.


You can customize the table by filtering data using Filters button and choose which column to show by clicking Columns button.


  1. Add New Zone

To add a new location zone, here’s the guide:

  1. Go to Masters > Location Zone, click on Add New Zone button.


  1. Add zone name then click on Submit button to save.



  1. Upload New Zone

This feature is used to add many zone data at once using CSV file. To upload new zone:

  1. On the Masters > Location Zone menu, click on Upload New Zone button.


  1. Please prepare a list to upload in CSV format. You can use the existing template containing the required data
    that can be downloaded by clicking the     Download the Sample CSV button.

  • zone: Zone name.

  1. Open the template using any supported application and add the zone data. Select the file you edited
    earlier by clicking the     Choose File button. 


  1. Click on Submit button to upload.


  1. Edit Zone

Here’s the guide to editing location zone:

  1. Go to Masters > Location Zone, open zone detail by clicking the View button.


  1. Edit zone name then click on the Submit button to save changes.



  1. Delete Zone

To delete location zone:

  1. Go to Masters > Location Zone. Check on the first column of the data row you want to delete.

  2. Click Actions > Delete button. A confirmation message will be shown and choose OK to confirm.

  3. The updated location zone table will be displayed after it.
