Salah satu fitur untuk melakukan bulk import configurable product adalah Voltwig. Cara untuk melakukan bulk import tersebut sebagai berikut :

  1. Login ke Backoffice dan masuk menu System -> Data Transfer -> Voltwig

  1. Buatlah Profile Import baru dengan klik tombol Add Profile

  1. Pada pembuatan New Profile, lengkapi data-data yang memiliki tanda bintang merah (required), antara lain :
  • Title : judul / nama profil yang dibuat (biasanya title sesuai dengan fungsi profil tersebut)
  • Profile Status : status profil, aktif / tidak aktif
  • Profile Type : jenis profil, Import / Export (pilih Import pada contoh kasus ini)
  • Data Type : tipe data yang digunakan (import product menggunakan tipe Product)
  • Store View : memilih store view website
  • File Name : nama file yang akan di import (nama file pada form ini harus identik file aslinya)

    Jika semua data sudah dilengkapi dan sesuai, klik tombol Save pada pojok kanan atas / Save And Continue Edit untuk menyimpan profile baru tersebut.


  1. Jika berhasil disimpan, akan muncul menu-menu baru pada sidebar profile yang baru dibuat, seperti File Options, Format Options, Import Options, Upload Files dan Reindex.

  1. Selanjutnya buat file CSV dengan nama yang identik seperti pada File Name sebelumnya, dan berisi kolom-kolom antara lain :
  • sku : identitas product
  • visibility : Catalog, Search agar bisa muncul di Frontend, Not Visible Individually hanya bisa muncul jika memiliki parent product
  • tax_class_id : jenis tax/pajak yang digunakan
  • name : nama product
  • price : harga product (untuk configurable product bisa isikan 0)
  • product.type : tipe product, configurable (parent product) / simple (child product)
  • status : status product, enabled / disabled
  • stock.qty : jumlah qty product (untuk type configurable bisa dikosongkan)
  • product.attribute_set : attribute set yang digunakan
  • weight : berat product

  1. Kembali ke Profile yang dibuat dan masuk ke menu Upload Files, klik tombol Choose Files untuk memilih file yang sudah dibuat sebelumnya.

  1. Klik Save And Run pada bagian atas profile maka proses import akan berjalan.

  1. Setelah proses import selesai, periksa menu Profile Status untuk melihat hasil import. Apakah proses import berjalan lancar atau ada kendala seperti error yang terjadi.

    Warning yang muncul bisa dihiraukan, karena bukan merupakan error / kegagalan ketika proses import. Meski ada warning yang muncul tapi tidak mempengaruhi proses import yang berhasil dilakukan.


  1. Hasil import product berhasil, product sudah masuk kedalam sistem.

  1. Setelah product configurable dan simple berhasil di import, product simple perlu di assign ke product configurable nya. Buat profile import baru, dengan Data Type Products Extra seperti berikut :

  1. Setelah disimpan, siapkan file CSV untuk assign product configurable nya seperti berikut :

  • CPSA : identitas data attribute product configurable nya (1 attribute 1 baris)
  • sku : sku product configurable
  • attribute_code : kode attribute yang akan ditambahkan
  • position : posisi attribute yang ditambahkan
  • label : nama attribute yang akan terlihat di sistem
  • CPSI : identitas data assign product simple ke product configurable nya
  • linked_sku : sku product simple yang akan di assign ke product configurable pada kolom sku


  1. Upload file CSV dan jalankan proses import seperti sebelumnya pada point 7, dan tunggu hingga proses selesai seperti point 8. Jika proses import berhasil, masuk ke detail product configurable nya dan lihat pada data configurations.

    2. Sebelum proses assign product simple :
